I would love this but it seems like every other time you load into a new map, the trees textures are just missing (the black and purple checker board) but when it does work it looks great.

Nice! Always glad to hear another technical technical problem was solved

I found the culprit, it was the HLA overhaul for the first chapter, that (for some reason) changed the grass texture and made it look weird in ep2

yeah I see that, I'm still trying to figure it out, I can tell it's not the cause of this mod

Btw on your screenshot I see vanilla trees and modded grass, while this mod should change trees and leave the grass alone, so... yeah...

Odd things tend to happen in the episodes when mods are installed via the workshop. Just now I had missing texture bug in ep2, while ep1 and hl2 were completely fine. I tried to remove console line args, start ep2 via steam, resub to the mod, change it's priority and not sure what happened, but now it's fine. You can also try validating game files

yes it is connected to this mod, I have checked, in the normal game it's like a leaf-like texture and this mod replaces it with a grass texture which makes it float cause of bad uv mapping

The missing textures thing only seems to affect certain areas, but I can't tell you exactly what's going on.

yes i did and i have no conflicting mods. Its still missing textures

Just checked, can't confirm. Are you loading an old save ? Try restarting the map.

Second Part of Red Letter Day has purple missing textures.

Have you tried restarting a map ?

I also find missing textures on trees at the second part of Red Letter Day as previously mentioned but also at the beginning of the Buggy section.

Tested just now on a clean install, all good. Restarting a map often helps with this problem.
