ctrl+shift to move to right

It only seems to move them to the left. Can not seem to move them back to the right or am I doing something wrong.

I cannot tell you how many times I've purposely killed off my pacifists because they were in the middle of the list and I was fed up of having to include them when I mass drafted my people. This is ace.

This is such a small, yet huge QoL change. I love that I can put my combat haters at the end of the list now, and organize others how I see fit. Should have been in vanilla.
