@Raif Redacted I kept the description a little vague to preserve the thrill of discovery, but you can pick either a small temporary buff to science or approval/morale . Suffice to say it's not going to change the course of your game either way (and is quite rare to find), it's just a fun bit of lost content.

Was that an answer to the first question or the second 'question'? Only reason I'd ask is that if this event populates and doesn't really do anything but have some cute lore or simple story event, then it might take the place of a more useful event that could spawn from the (I'm assuming) curiosity scan.

Would you mind adding some information and/or pictures about what the event entails or grants (like, doing this event can lead to a new minor faction pop, which have these benefits)?
