153889037 You need one more step to solve it.It pretty obvious, if you think about it ;)
Here is a hint,dont look if you wanna solve it by youself: Look on screeshots in workshop

On the snow level, I think it was the first one, I've played so many. I got the first two stars and the back gate was open for me to access the terminal. Then I got the 3rd star and the back gate closed, blocking the terminal

shlam what do you mean? If you talking about a star on 2nd level - you need to get a star in one go,no restart.
