no extra cia dudes, mod is turned on, and made (99%) sure there wasn't another mod that tweeked the roster.xml. Anybody have the same issue and found a solution?

I did not have any problems with it yet...

Is the Armor totally unbinded, or can U Put it on the operators?

@Firefly Rain, that's simply because the guy who made the doctrine point thing had to overwrite the native files, same as I did. That's why.
Try with deactivating and activating the other mod again. It might work then

can.t use with doctrine points mod same time. Doctrine points became negative.

As soon as Im done with another mod, I will try to fix it. In my tests I did not had the problem with the lockpick machine.

I do want to say though, the effort and all the additions are VERY nice, just a few game changing conflicts I am very surprised by.

I do not appreciate losing the several vanilla Ranger weapons for all the classes. Are we able to keep the vanilla guns in a future patch? I also do not see the lockpick machine among everything else that is here. :( What happened? What can I do to fix it?

I probably could do it, but I decided not to do it.
The reason is, that the HRT is a unit that is (mostly) stationed in the US and most of the misiions are IN the US. The rangers are a military unit, so they have to be fast. They need to be able to run have a wider FOV, while the FBI is mostly used to swat some buildings, They dont have to be that fast for it. They do not have to flee from dangers or airstrikes, while the rangers might have to.
Hope U get the point.

If there are more people willing that, I will add shields, but for now I wont. Focus is on Nowheraki SWAT and Rangers cooperated.

Yeah it conflicts with it, because both are overwriting the native fils. If U pm me on Discord (same name as here) I will tell U, how U can add more doctrine points.

Thank U <3 :). I thought that the normal Rangers were too boring, because of the limited equipment they had. Now they have more powerful equipment, but they are not too unbalanced.
