I'm yet to think of a method to address that issue.
I also noticed that placing insulator tiles within the heater range will have its temperature overriden.
As determined by experimentation over time in an enclosed room and swapping the floors out while watching the thermal readings. Swapping to normal Reinforced floors allowed 2 heaters to work where before with the insulation flooring i had needed 3 and it had heat gaps.
