Very good mod, but sound mixing is so fucking bad it blows my ears out. Also, I'm pretty sure the tails of the long hold down notes damage you in this mod, when in base game they don't

By far the highest quality floor out at the moment. Please make the lightning trails do 0 damage like the rest of the game OR make them look like paint strokes somehow.

This is really good! Most definitely the best workshop mod on here so far. I think the painter fight was quite good and balanced. I died a few times but it was doable and made it much more fun when I did win, along with more tense. I got Bob's key but wasn't able to have a fight with Bob Ross or enter the door. Is that part still a WIP? If so, I'm really looking forward to when this is finished!

it's been said several times already but the electric tails deal damage, made it a bit frustrating to dodge the notes, the artwork and the music choice is really good though, 7/10

i reconsidered, the gameplay is still really weird in some points, and just because you cant fix the hold notes doesnt mean it cant be mentioned as a negative of this battle. but the sprites and the effects are amazing

Not bad. A little claustrophobic in the battle, but overall nicely done.

The pitch black bug is an issue with custom battles as a whole rather than this specific one. The fix is not uninstalling any particular mod, but fully closing the game rather than just going back to menu and then opening it again.

Hi, I think there may be a bug with this. Upon completion of this and speaking to Bob Ross , all battles in my game (including on other saves) were pitch black. I tried multiple different fixes (resetting, swapping saves, starting progresss, going to different battles, changin resolution/diffculty/etc) but th eonly thing that fixed it was uninstalling this, which fixed it right away. Hope this helps.

This mod does an amazing job of showcasing the potential of the modding tools! While some people have complained about the audio not scaling with settings or long note trails damaging you those are limitations with the current modding tools which will be addressed by the developers once the main game is stable.

I love the sprite work and the general vibe of this mod, it really felt to me like playing a little extra content for eh2. Seeing this makes me super excited to see what else people make! I personally give it a strong 8/10

Very cute spritework all across the board here. The fight itself was pretty neat as well, if a bit annoying with how everything felt sequenced specifically to stop you being able to really build any combo up (aforementioned confusion with the hold note trails hurting you being especially notable).

super fun mod, I'm personally a big fan of omori so I liked the song inclusion. I personally played the fight until I was able to 1-hit it. made up for the challenge I haven't felt in the base game so far (to be fair, I'm not super far in.)

Thanks for the feedback! A paint trail is a pretty neat idea, I might make it an update sooner or later!
As for the music, I'll have to look deeper into working with the volume mixer of the game, because I unfortunately couldn't really figure this out. Should be fixed aswell!

Loved it! The only thing I can complain about is that sometimes the music is W A Y louder than anticipated, and that the hold notes have a hurtbox - I like that idea though! Maybe turn the lines into paint streaks to show they act differently? Also, I love the painting easter egg (try Red and Orange when painting for a unique little interaction - you'll see!)

Despite being first, it's kinda ass.
Love the sprite work, but the holding notes trail got a hitbox which shouldnt be the case. Makes the fight a lot harder and dragged out then it needed to be, if you don't know how to implement that, at least make it repeating notes so much don't jump into the repeating note trail on muscle memory. Also it's not clear what u need to do after meeting bob Ross, it alludes to the paint on the table but u cannot interact with that. Skill issue on my part, for sure. But makes it a bit more clear.
