Update is live. Everything should be working properly now.

Oh I will also do some housecleaning, expect clothing slots (bodylocations) to have a name change. Naturally I will post the detail in the change log once the update goes live.

regarding B42.12 mod breakage - one solution has been found. I will test it over the next few days and publish the updates for each of the mods. Some volumes are more complex than others, I will do them one by one starting with Vol.3.

You felt right. Update broke everything, every advanced clothing mod is affected. I’ll figure something out.

I feel like a lot of errors are popping up in the clothing mods with this new update...

Any chance of you adding the ability to repair shoes?

1.fully intentional. You’re free to put on all the layers but you’d be smouldering and having heatstroke after a few minutes so it’s up to you to deal with the trade off.

Thats fair. Also, i noticed some clothes (idk if from vol 3 or what, i forgot now), that you overlay waaay too much. Like, you can put a corset, a bra, a shirt, the arm things, and the "bodysuit" and they overlay. Not sure if intended, but it doesnt feel neither balanced neither "realistic".

Urelated to it, but i am sad to discover that we can wear the alice leather belt and suspenders + leather coat :( any chance of making a leather version (kinky versions exist irl) that allow us to attach a canteen and a angled flashlight and can be used with the coat? Clipping be dammed.

Yeah I was never happy with the platform boots tbh, I may remove it entirely and try again for Vol.V.

There seems to be some noticable clipping with the Frocking Boots (base.KIU_Boots) and some EXTREME CLIPPING/HOLES with the Frocking Plataform Ankle Boots (Base.KIUx_HeeledBoots_Plataform). Even with the depth map, they noticeable go trough the floor. Here are some screenshots of it.

@Dasho depth map edit does not eliminate clipping entirely (doing so would break some in game visuals), but makes it less noticeable during gameplay.

I followed the instructions but heels are still clipping under the floor.

@Lil Boogie not a clue mate honestly. If you really want the stuff rn for your server or something just get Kink it Up Extra, it has like half of what’s in Vol.3 and 4.

B41 port when?

@Eagle7 (Evo) hey thanks. I had a quick look everything seemed fine. The fact that you're having this issue across multiple unconnected mods tells me you may have something faulty on your end. It's quite likely the xml files, GUIDs or even the scripts are faulty.

I'd check for mod conflict, remove any modpacks if you have them, and enabling problem mods one by one to troubleshoot.

Hey man, been loving the mod, my character rocks in your heels :D.

However some things, either in this collection or possibly others in your Frockin Splender lineup, simply don't render an icon when you see them in an inventory in a storage box and if I try equipping them produce an error and get removed from the game for some reason. Not all the clothes mind you, but it is several like Cotton Boleros and Crop Tops, its not mutually exclusive to this mod either clothing wise, Pogo's Clothing mods, and ahz Clothing b42 are having a similar issue, any help in identifing what I should do would be superb. <3

@GibsonPaul hey thanks. Apart from the occasional zombies, every bedroom, club and some storage crates have a chance to spawn loot boxes containing a fair amount of the stuff. You just need to keep raiding them.

You can find the leather sleeves in the same loot boxes. They use the arm left and right slots, iirc.

It's a really cool mod but I'm having trouble finding most of the leather stuff lol

I couldn't find the one-armed leather glove thingy in the tenth picture. What is it called and where do I find it in the clothing slots???

@Gorillaz Warfare no. Kink Up Extra has some older items from Vol.1, Vol.3 and 4 with reduced functionalities, it’s B41 and MP compatible.

@Rui4 hey thanks. The depth map fix is a simple replacement for a .png image. I doubt the steps would be different for Mac, or that any other mod would conflict with it.

Also awesome mod btw, makes the game so much more fun

Is the mac fix for the depth maps different? If not knox event might be conflicting somehow, since its the only other mod i needed to mess with files for.

@Thunderbug I’d say it resurface the heels about 80% of the time. Keep in mind that there are certain tiles like carpet or grass that naturally hide part of the character body.

The depth map edit by no means eliminates clipping entirely (doing so would break the game), but makes it less conspicuous during gameplay.

Also you need to reapply it after game update.

Is the depth map fix not a complete fix? I've followed the instructions and replaced the file manually but most of the time the issue of appearing "sunk" into the floor seem to persist.

Update! Couple of new, longer skirts, balance changes, spawn rates reduction. Last update before Epilogue is out. Have fun.

The Frockin Splendor series is now compatible with Tomb's Player Body Overhaul ! Big shoutout to Mr Tomb for making the compatibility patch.

@Hugs could be an issue with the UV map. I'll have a look but tbh I was never happy with that particular model anyway. I may just remake it altogether. Thanks for letting me know!

I noticed the bit with the shoes. I don't think they're clipping in my case - it looks to me like the right shoe on the platform ankle boots' model at least may have its normals flipped, but maybe the visual effect is just similar?

If B42 doesn’t have MP ready when I’m done with the series, I’ll think about back porting vol.3 vol.4 and epilogue to B41.
