I think that's what Definitive L4D1 Arms Overhaul ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2185514655 ) aims to do. it heavily modifies Ellis' arms to fit all the L4D1 survivors, it might be what you're looking for
