Game breaking bug where any time an item is respawned (Moving rooms, using restock, or having an item that swaps between items does this) it counts towards Nice Options, Pal, producing another item pedestal and another and another till the room is full.

It does not remove shop items when you take a replicated pedestal, allowing an easy game if you get it

The very first run I found this item I found a bug. While having binge eater this item continuously spawns new items
