This mod does not limit the effect to just slaves, so you could use this on any pawn. But I assume you would want it to be a different item for aesthetic/immersion reasons? Copying this mod while using another piece of apparel should be pretty easy.

I'd love to have a cheat item built on the code of this mod that does the same, except for non-slaves.
