I only see quest stuff in FSF Tweaks. I would love to cool down incidents(especially the modded ones...)

It's from the FSF (FrozenSnowFox) Tweaks, there is an incident control tab

I want to change the chance of “OpportunitySite_DistressCall“ but it seems not included in mod config? or just with another different name?
