Yes it does move with things added. I have not played in a while, though I will try to do an updated version with sails in the near future.

It does move, right? Didn't see anywhere designated for the sails like some islands do, but I assume they can be added and it will move.

Chests in the base are empty for storage. There are a few hidden locked chests and keys on the island.
