Thank you this is a bless, vanilla should have an option in the policies tab to extract blood from pawns when their health is at 100%

Looks like they got the bill once they went into bed. Which is weird since I turned off the rest condition. But well, kinda works anyway so I suppose it's good ?

When is the bill set exactly ? I have enabled it on my pawns and .. no bill is set, even when they don't have the debuff. (I even disabled the rest condition, thinking that they weren't getting under the threshold, which .. I don't even KNOW what value this threshold is ...)

This mod makes it really convenient to feed my blood-feeders without having to lock away some prisoners for eternity.
