That's wonderful. If you have a 3D model, I can easily create the three-view textures and implement them into the mod.
If I could get my hands on the TSF's 3D model, I could probably make it. (Because I don't know the back or the details of the TSF.)
With the Royalty DLC, you can craft exosuit attachment that function as equivalent to jump packs.

This not only breaks features in certain mod-managers, it also throws an (harmless, but also unnecessary) error at startup for people. And the ingame log only shows 200 log-messages - so with everyone other mod having those incomplete About.xmls, this is causing people's logs being spammed unnecessarily and it is making troubleshooting actual issues harder than it has to be.
