I see, well thanks for answering with what you are planning is all, good to see the non main faction cultures will get their time to shine with their skin mods eventually. Looking forward to them.

Good question. I am looking at Canaanites and Mesopotamians but there is not a lot to work with honestly. Was thinking Egyptian skin for Bay Medium Guards and Maryannu skin for Irsu Heavy Guards but not sure what else to do.
For Mesopotamians, there is not a lot of unused stuff, there is only one light, medium, heavy armour set. So not sure what to do there unless I get super creative.
Quite likely there will be a mod of skins for Phrygian, Kaskian, Habiru/Shasu general guards.

Really like the mods you made so far as some of the bodyguards do indeed stick out rather oddly at times in Vanilla. If I might ask, how many more bodyguard mods you going to do? As it seems you got a good half of the cultures so far.
