When you're unlocking the Crawler mutation (or spit mutation in Suburbs) you can't infect both the hobos at the same time. After infecting the first one, wait about a second or two before infecting the second one. Hope this helps, and sorry for the confusion :D
the style of each level and how it reflects certain sectors of social buildings, like slums where some gangsters or bums live, builders and cops in more central places of the city with a more lively and less unpleasant look to the suburbs that show rich people with more advanced security, I like the detail of how you can choose some pollution at the beginning of each level to get a better one, keep it up dude, it has a lot of potential :))!
