[2024.1] Enhanced BdU Convoys Reports mod also requires [2024.1] German Aircraft Bundle, which not part of this list. Custom Action mod not needed and as reported it doesn't compatible with 2025.1. Thanks to the author of [2025.1] Device Maintenance mod it works again at the time of my comment.

I'm unsure why you have some of these mods in your modlist, given that those features are now included in the base game? For example noisy torpedo loading?
