weird, it worked for me, halfway. if its twins the other is a unit and not a leader. also, can you bake gooners in inferno like you would sinners?

I might be wrong, but i think the ctd from blasphemous birth happen when it try to summon 2 succubus. it's either one or ctd (i tried about 30 cast)

You must create Louscious Ruins from ruins of previously "eaten" villages. These special structures generate special units known as Goonette, that creates Grooners every turn.

So what am I supposed to do when I've ran out of human settlements to recruit gooners from? I haven't really been able to find a way to get any passive gooner income.

I lowered the percentage of ctd "swapping bug", removing the "modprio" command
I tried in every dimension map and with many mods other than Succubus, and it works now almost every time.
I suggest for now to using this mod without too many other mods in the same time.

I usually play with Large map and it happens 1 on 3 times.
Maybe is something that happens during the creation of big maps, something that is connected to this "swapping" thing.
I asked on the discussions topic what is to the devs, but I think they don't saw the post yet.

Anyway I really appreciate your help, please report me every other thing that you think can be useful

i dont know if this is a useful hint but for me, it seems to be map size thats the problem, it crashes every time on enormous but works everytime on huge or smaller

i did read that it should work with a little patience but i've tried like 8 times now, removing and downloading the mod anew so something must be up. but thank you so much im looking forward to playing it

Yeah I can't figure it out why because I'm trying to understand what "swapping" is but nobody seems to know, I'm trying to contact the developers to know that but they have not accepted my friend request yet.
I lowered the percentage simply activating less mod together with succubus. Try that while I try to solve this.
If I can know what swapping is I'm sure I could solve this is a few minutes.

I'll try to report more bugs as I go.
Blasphemous birth crashing the game did happen multiple times tho. I think its when there are too many gooners on one tile and/or there are multiple succubi on the same tile. Will test again in this update.

rebalanced succubus Attacks
re-added succubus whip (thanks Volcanic)
added a ritual to build a new succubus mansion on old ruin castle (for you Assassin <3)

From the Modding Manual:

rangedweapon50s <dmg> "weapon"
Equips the monster with a range+skip weapon that has 50% chance of being used in melee (100% at range). When used the next weapon will be skipped.

I noticed that the Succubus Outsider only used the Drainken attack, so i checked the mod code and noticed a few odd things, and was wondering if they are intended behavior.

meleeweapon 1 "Succubus Whip"
rangedweapon50s 1 "Succubus Drainken"
rangedweaponbonus 1 "Succubus Kiss"

this makes Drainken 100% chance to be used at range
and 50% in melee to use either Drainken or Kiss

Also the weapon "Succubus Whip" does not appear in-game, and I can't find mention of it in the code, causing Succubus Outsider to only have 3 attacks, Drainken, Kiss and Dream Seduction.

One other thing I noticed was that the ritual "Ritual of Succubus Mastery"
(the level 4 ritual for learning rituals)
is marked as free within the code, but I was only able to acquire it though "Ritual of Mastery"
(the level 2 ritual for learning)

Thank you for the great mod, I am just curious if these are bugs or intended mod behavior.

Hi assassin,
Don't worry you made nothing wrong. I had to remove the "capitolium event" because it makes the game ctd during world making.
When I'll figure out how to make that event working I will re-add it in the game. :)

I captured the capitolium with the empire start as the succubus and nothing happened. What did I do wrong? Do I have to play the fallen empire start?

definitely resolved ctd at world creation
revamped corrupted princess ritual (now the castle can became a ruin if the Succubus are too hungry!)
added a ritual to turn Sinners in Gooners (Let's ride Inferno!!!)
Capitolium ruins can be evolved to louscius ruins too

two bugs:
a. had to restart and reinstall mod several times until it didnt ctd at world gen.

b. lost magic items when transforming hero (farewwell wonderful sword with decay).

There is a message about Succubus conquest of Capitolium and all other players can see the position of Succubus. I created this event to balance things in pvp. But I definitely have to look at it.
But the most annoying bug remains the "swapping" one that make the world creation crash sometimes, if someone know how to fix that I will be really happy!

Any hints on how to get this special event? I've had capitolium and turned it into haunted one from all goon farming too but haven't seen any special events so far.

Got closer to 2k gooners closer the end of my game. I would like to suggest some limitation to corrupting princess'es. I had like 30 of them and just one or two can wipe a faction. Think I ha like 5-8 succubus making a new princess every 2 turns. Queen making 2 a turn. The lords of those castles sure ha to be very busy for all the princesses poping out, rofl.

Actually there is a little issue only during the first creation of the world.
sometime, during the "swapping" screen in the first world creation, the game crash. I havent actually find a way to resolve that.
But is enough to simply restart the game and it will works as well

Found an issue that causes the the mod to crash the game. When you use the birth skill with over 1200 gooners in same square it does crash the game.

Also there is a bit of a silly way to abuse a baron faction. If you charm a baron you can make hamlets into mottes it'll a motte will turn back into a hamlet before turning to ruins, giving more uses for getting goons out of a city.

As for those asking how to get hundreds if not thousands of goons, make lavicious ruins. They pop out more goons out every turn.

just a tiny bit of feedback on the mod. I would very much think it'd be appropriate to be able to use sinners from inferno as replacement for the goons. It'd give some reason for braving the inferno in the first place.

removed crash bug (swapping windows. Basically I discovered that "eerie farm" are kind of portals that can't be added as a new terrain to your modded class. I replaced them with ghost farm <3)

Love the mod! Just wondering if there is a way to get normal succubi or other demons after a certain point, like invading Inferno and starting an empire there. Or maybe give the succubi a form of magic?
