Yeah, I didn't meant it as if it was a bug but more like balancing, because at least I wouldn't mind fighting with panic in the night having cat eyes, I guess inside places would still be effective but I wouldn't fight inside, this way I think the 3/4 points would be more justified not taking cat eyes this version can be deadly dangerous

the Cats Eyes doesn't effect to this trait, trait gives you panic no matter you have Cats Eyes or not.

Kind of free points ngl, nights are already very dangerous in the new version so you want to avoid them unless you have cat eyes, you should make it incompatible with this one btw, but yeah it is very situational, I think 2 points would be good

It depends on how much panic. If holding a flashlight makes it less intense, it would make sense.

If a flashlight is enough to not trigger the NYCTOPHOBIA, then yes, its free points.

You could've taken 30 seconds of that 30 minutes to Google what a fear of the dark is called lol. It's called "nyctophobia".

I seem to remember there already being a perk called that as part of a pack for B41. Anyway, I'll give it a shot. And I think 4 points might be a little high. 3 maybe, idk. It's your mod.
