These are bonus parts, and I have provided a detailed description of them in my response to your other comment.
The parking slots are also a feature of QoL.

How you put the Cars under the Gas Station and not at the front of garage ???

Also the Last 4 Modes i dont understand how they work ??? and what they do ???
