Awesome mod, works well in my opinion, only problem I've encountered is that the side that is rebelling will start with low organization meaning they'll have lower defense and offense lowering their chance of winning. Any possibility of adding a modifier to massively increase org for a couple of days after a civil war has been triggered but the war hasn't started yet, thanks :)

nah im keeping it at 90, but i might make an event kind of like the otto egpyt war where it asks great powers if they wanna join in, and neighbors too

Would it be possible to make a game rule that starts civil wars at 70%? I don't like civil wars taking months and months to start, but i also don't really like great powers not being able to intervene at all without the additional mod, which gives a flat 25 infamy and doesn't allow to ask the country you're helping for things.
