Can't refuel neither with containers nor with the pumps the character no matter in which point of the model begins the refueling process gets stuck trying to walk inside the heli and walks indefinitely without ever being able to refuel

The Warthunder Library still shows last updated in February. The author still hasn't uploaded the changes.

@FerX I've been told by Warthunder Library creator that the bug has been fixed. I myself have no way to test it as i'm currently running b41 for testing.

Here's how to make a helicopter work. This will temporarily solve the problem with helicopters taking off.

If you want to apply the temporary fix yourself, you need to edit the HeliMove.lua inside the WarThunderVehicleLibrary:
42\media\lua\client\HeliAbility

Comment out the following two lines:

Line 383: Vehicle:setZombiesDontAttack(true)
Line 387: Vehicle:setZombiesDontAttack(false)

by adding -- so that part of the code should look like this:
...

Yesterday, on 25/06/11, I tried to use the helicopter, but it wasn’t working. It would turn on, but it wouldn’t take off or move. An error appeared in the bottom right corner of the screen, showing a countdown. Please fix this issue.

@Günther Jauch It does not come from my mod if thats what you're wondering. It happens if your PC does not manage to load new cells as you fly towards them. At least thats my guess.

I disabled this libraries ammo loot generation from the library options provided, however the game is still generating ammo and things. Not a super big deal as I just garbage it all, but it does take away possible other loot that could be provided instead.

@PaynelessAg It might be, because i added small chance of burned heli to spawn where destroyed cars could spawn. I'll remove it

Been playing around with this mod for awhile now, helicopter is pretty useful, but i keep getting a destroyed burnt heli that spawns in front of me (usually happens every playthrough at some point), there's also a helicopter that spawns on top of a chainlink fence at the louisville checkpoint and eventually glitches out and falls through the map.

i was playing with this mod, i was driving to the west point pd in my truck and on the way there, a fucking invisible burnt little bird suddenly became visible and it made my truck go on top of it, i tried attaching it to the truck but it just made stuff worst pls fix this

@Il Mazzulatoro I'm sorry, but i only used tools provided by creator of WarThunderLibrary, Everything related to flying/moving helicopter is coming from that. You might try leaving a comment there and ask if its possible to support controllers/steam decks.

@liss by default helicopters spawn fully repaired (option in warthunder lib).
@BiggestPig trunk is located in middle part, it acts like pickup trunk means it's always open/accessible just by standing next to it.

Hi! Is there any way to regulate the volume of the heli sound? I have vehicle engines parameter in audio to low, but it seems to have no effect on heli.
