So the issue was the controller "laser to gps" - it is not needed, as stab camera already outputs XYZ coordinates of the laser point.
I also fixed the painting in few places; would love to help you more with that vehicle in general controls and handling but I've been drowning in work lately
I'll fix it in a moment and link it back to you

this is a vehicle I made specifically to be used in with your land combat mission series and the vehicle ive been trying to fix radios on for the past few days now, if you could take a look at it and attempt to fix it I would be very much thankful.
So, on the radio module there are two keyboards, one has "frequency" in the name somewhere, that is the "first" keyboard
But before you do that, in the workbench you have to connect one of three devices from this creation - up to you wether you want to use laser/big keyboard/stab camera. Then you toggle the property toggle to XY or XYZ (written next to them) and put it on your vehicle.
Is "the first keyboard" an input on the controller on the laser or on the radio?
It will update in a little with a fix, thanks for reporting
There are some controllers on workshop that convert physics sensor + laser into GPS
I will add all the possible variants to the vehicle file, that way it'll be easier for everyone
Check back in a little, it will be updated
If you figure out the controller, you can create a system with multiple antennas that take parts of the diapason and go thru them faster
This creation is just an example to give you an idea of what you need!

Rig up a stabilized camera and set the property toggle to X,Y,Z or
connect a keyboard and set the property toggle to X,Y
Aim the camera with the laser on or type in the coordinates with the keyboard, enter the frequency in the small keypad on the radio and flip the "Transmit coordinates" switch.
But before that hook up your composite output from camera to this radio controller in "coordinates" node. Toggle "X,Y,Z" property before spawning the vehicle. Set the frequency to the one specified in the mission text and flip the "Transmit coordinates" on the radio.
Should be working.
The radio has a "coordinates" composite node, you can plug the stabilized camera output there - that would probably be the easiest way
After that enter the rx frequency in the first keyboard, flip the "transmit coordinates" switch and aim the camera on the trucks
