So... wouldn't it make more sense for the Chaos Dwarf Overseer hero conversion to become a Champion agent type instead of an Engineer agent type? They are basically a combat "Lord" (not a Wizard Lord, or Engineer Lord, etc). It would allow the player to choose between Bull Centaur Taur'ruk and a downgraded Overseer as a melee combat hero and not compete for agent capacity with the Castellan.

It's a great mod! However, there are some very annoying issues, namely: 1. When playing as Tzeentch, the confederation with Sartoriel, hiring a lord, and converting it to a hero, the active skills, such as Touch of Dust, are missing. Dude, they're already made of cotton, and now they don't have any skills(( The second skill is also missing. 2. The same goes for the Ascended. 3. Sometimes, when converting back to a Lord, the base trait is lost. You can't imagine how frustrating it is, and happiness was so close))) In general, it would be great to have a hero in the army, a bird like Kairos (Sartriel), sorry for my English

Forgive me but the technical aspects of the mod are over my head so i must ask, im playing sfo, so if i converted a lord to a hero will it make a basegame hero?

Hey just so you know it seems when switching a Slaan from a hero and back again their updated trait from 6.3 gets reverted to its old one my epic Fourth gen Battle Toad turned back into a normal caster. dont know if other traits havent been updated as well but there werew a lot of trait changes for 6.3

@abullen thanks for the detail, i tried playing with console commands and this mod with tyrion and killed a bunch of dwarf factions and no crashes went to turn 18. So i wish i new what was going on, there are still traits and skills that are not up to date to the current patch but that shouldn't cause a crash.

1. It crashes during the AI's turn phase on the 1st surviving Dwarf faction (e.g. Karaz-a-Karak) for me out of however many surviving AI on Immortal Empires.
2. It crashed for me on Empire as Karl Franz, High Elves Alith Anar and Tyrion, and Cathay Miao on the few times I kept restarting and modifying my modlist. Always on Dwarf's turn, killing/confederating the faction using Console Commands would just seemingly make the next surviving Dwarf faction crash the game like Karak Kadrin or Clan Angrund.
3. Using Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords, I turned Vlad into a Hero and joined them with Isabella as Empire and popped them in Sylvania as a garrison when playing as Empire. Beyond that, I didn't iirc.
4. For Empire, around turn 58. High Elves both at 8, 12 and 73 (73 was a pre-6.3 save though, ran for a few turns before being the first to start crashing without warning). Cathay was 17.

I turned off Lord to Hero to see, and suddenly I could without repeat crashing (so far).

If it crashes on opening the game that means it is a steam issue meaning you need to unsub to this mod wait a minute for them to delete your version and then resub.

1 Does it crash right before your turn?
2 What faction does it crash for?
3 What lord/hero did you swap ?
4 What turn did you crash in ?

Unfortunately causes a crash for me several turns in since 6.3, mainly for the Dwarfs. Tried several campaign resets and out of all my mods, this seemed to be the one causing a CTD - and pretty much every time on a Dwarf faction's Turn.

If I change a Slann into a hero, I will be unable to recruit troops as a hero, but the blue skill tree will be activated, and of course it will not be able to join troops.

Wow All is Dust, I had given up on submods for the other big LL mods with this and was worried people constantly spamming you with requests for them would cause this to be abandoned like the last few people who did a mod like this. You went way above and beyond here, must have been a ton of work.

The mod should be currently working, but the newly added skills won't show up when you transform. For example the new skills for tomb kings that they got for lords won't appear when you convert them into heroes. I will keeping chipping at it but there is a lot of skills to change so it will take me a while for it to all work correctly.

Would someone consider making a patch for the Uber Brothers mod? I've heard it doesn't work and the mod maker seems a little burnt understandably so I don't want to ask him.

Still isn't working, unfortunately. Playing Arbaal to test it (mortals ftw) and yea same issue, I even made sure to delete my starting cultist just in case they had an overlapping type, but yea still no skills when I change them over.

It works for everyone else I've tried it with tho. Unfortunate you don't have the DLC, I imagine it makes fixing stuff like that difficult.

Hey unsure if anyone has mentioned it but I don't think the Bloodspeaker is working, at least for me. When I change him into a hero he has no skills. If someone has already brought this to your attention, or I'm just missing something, I apologize
