Using the Weapons and Armor Mods also changes the NPC AI users of the planets Enemies, and Factions. So if you use an In-Game Mod to change things, I suggest only Change Phoenix Point Faction things. 👍👍 5k🌟

the modified values show in item display but do not carry over in tactical mode

About that "NOTE"... Does that mean any changes made, just don't show on the Character's Armor? Or doesn't work in game?
