I had it set to be compiled for server only. But, I just made it shared because the only thing preventing it was conditional compilation for logs. This is an in-memory CSharp mod so you may read the code in your mod folder if you want.

What does it have to do with playing a singleplayer campaign though? What makes it not work there I mean?

The mod still works, make sure:
1) You have the mod enabled
2) You have LuaCsForBarotrauma server properly installed with C sharp enabled
3) You are not using a mod that changes husksymbiosis or bite attacks
4) You are hosting a server and not playing single-player
