Can you add the ability to rip sheets of paper out of books, magazines, ect?

Updated the Mod to a much more realistic time frame to tear out these sheets. Should be right around a page per second

@kifo let me look into this and see if I need to balance this. I kinda just whipped this mod up for myself as I was enjoying a Mod called "Homemade Maps" and finding single pages was really rough. So figure I could make something that balanced it out. I will take a look tonight when I get home from work.

I really like the mod but it takes too long just to tear 5 pages from a notepad. Can there be an option for changing multiplier for the time or the number of pages?
