i see. that is unfortunate. i will keep my eyes open for similar mods that may help the cause and i'll talk to other modders i know.
Good to know you tried though.
@WiKnight I have a couple ideas for future weapon mods from the Star Wars and Star Trek universes but I have some other things I want to do first. I think the next weapon mod I will try to do will be a Phaser from Star Trek (TNG-era). I want to see if I can get a one handed weapon to work, also I want to see if I can make a weapon with a continuous beam effect.
Nice. Always like to have a selection of weapons rather than having one or the other.
Ever thought about making a melee weapon for close quarters combat? Maybe using a grinder as a base with increased damage. Chainsaw or something similar. Would be easier to make over a light saber as you dont have to worry about the swinging action of the character.
Or even a shotgun type weapon with limited range.
The disassembling was part of the reason I suggested a grinder: I thought it would look pretty damn cool cutting through a bulkhead with your lightsaber.
@WiKnight lol the bowcaster was my favorite weapon in the dark forces/jedi knight games (other than the lightsaber obviously). If Keen ever adds the ability to make charged spread shots or bouncing shots I'm totally adding it to this mod.
@Baryonyx I'll see what I can do. I've never used any sort of video capture before so it might take me a while to figure out.
Is it possible to make unique hand held tools as well?
