Are there any experiencs with this mod and the adjusted food consumption?
I'm thinking about lowering the pop requirement because of the adjustments
Phlegmagicus  [author] 30 May @ 8:18am
I feel you, but that's the syntax which is used in the mod tools.
Here is a more common version:
Max( (80 * Source.EraLevel ^ 1.7),
(200 * ((4 * (Target.ExtensionDistrictsCount - 10 * Source.FameGainBonus - Target.TerritoryCount) - max(1, Target.Population)) / 4) ^ 1.75)

Can you rewrite your equation for cost? It doesn't make sense from a coder perspective.

(80 * Source.EraLevel ^ 1.7)
max (200 * ((4 * (Target.ExtensionDistrictsCount - 10 * Source.FameGainBonus - Target.TerritoryCount) - 1 max Target.Population) / 4) ^ 1.75)

/********************************************************************/

(80 * Source.EraLevel ^ 1.7) <- this part is fine. It's a constant. I understand it.

then I multiply it? There is no multiplication sign.

max(200...)

There is only one term in the parenthesis. max implies you are taking the maximum of 2 or more values. max(x,y) or max(array) returns the maximum value among the choices.

max Target.Population? There are multiple targets to choose from?

I already understand how it works. If there is only one, it will get +1 point. If you copy it, each one will get +2 points.

Glad that you like the mod. Like I wrote before you can adjust the values when editing the mod its called smth with era stars I believe. What would you like to adjust?

I like your mods, especially Builder Star Overhaul, if I want to change the scores how do I do it?

@WHY SO SPICY Yes ressource extractor count as districts too. Its a challange for sure but for my playthroughs it worked out pretty well. You have to decide if its worth it to built something
kasacka 13 Mar @ 2:56pm
Where can I find the discord for the guide?
WHY SO SPICY 4 Mar @ 12:02pm
Plus emblematic districts have the lowest build time of all the structures, seems like it doesnt count the multipliers for that kind of districts.
WHY SO SPICY 4 Mar @ 12:00pm
Something is broken seems like the resources districts are counting to the multiplier making the timing as long as 36 turns to build the 3rd farmer quarter. If it count for every single district this makes the game kinda unplayable tanding to soft lock you on the bulding side.
Phlegmagicus  [author] 2 Mar @ 11:14pm
Did you built the mod after changing the value?
emmanuel4m4 25 Feb @ 1:32pm
tried loading to change the formula lower then 4 but it doesn't show in mods folder
Phlegmagicus  [author] 25 Feb @ 12:56pm
@Tankthinker Yes you can change it. You can load the mod and adjust the value from the formula 4 - > 3. There is a guide on the discord how to load mods.

I had troublels with my account so I was not able to upload it. But I see what I can do
Big Halvor 23 Feb @ 2:16pm
Can you upload this to mod.io please? Me and some friends were thinking of using this mod but I use steam and they use epic, so they can't access the steam workshop

I am, I am maxing out food, but consider that each city has 3 or 4 territories attached to it, that means all districts spread through those territories, in my current playthrough my main city is decently sized but the territories attached have almost no districts, just barren because its taking 60+ turns to make one.

Best solution to this I can see is to either 3 pops per district, i think that could be a sweet spot... is there any way I can go into the mod myself and change that?
Phlegmagicus  [author] 18 Feb @ 9:13am
Thats suprising, in my playthrough most city had a decent size (also for AI). It is recommended to focus more on food if you want to grow bigger cities.
Tankthinker 17 Feb @ 4:52pm
Is there a way to reduce the district pop to 3 pops per districts increases costs exponentially. I like the idea of this mod because I hate how in vanilla, cities will cover the entire region but in my playthroughs cities look too small. Would love a middle ground.
Phlegmagicus  [author] 10 Feb @ 1:14pm
So you build an additional quarter or not?
Phlegmagicus  [author] 27 Jan @ 10:45pm
Yes, AI handles the changes very well and also constructs better looking cities in my playthroughs because of the changes
valrossenOliver 27 Jan @ 11:50am
AI ability to run this, and balance?
