Today's update to the base game added a new device - the power distributor. It functions as an alternative to a junction box, allowing for one-way power flow and giving you control over how much power is sent to each pin.
I've published an update to the Vole, which implements two power distributors into its grid. The update was built in the Unstable version, before the device was released officially.

You don't have to mess with the sliders on the power distributors for Vole's grid to function. But you can. Everything is labelled. Have fun.
