Looks like a promising start. You could practically overhaul Civ5 into a Pony game with all the MLP mods out there. I like where this is going though. :)

Awesome idea, great factions. But i have one question to ask:

Why pick sides? it gets you nowhere and everyone knows that the portrayal of celestia that started this whole war in the first place is essentially the opposite of her canon portrayal and personality.

That is all i have so say that is negative, i love the concept, and the changelings or griffons would be interesting...

Can't wait for more. Perhaps the Changeling empire?

This is great! I read you're very busy time wise but i can't wait until they're 100% done. I'm going to take a look into modding BE later but is it possible to animate the diplomacy models?
