You have to put the file where the l4d2 file is then open sdk and edit search path and put it above l4d2

Thanks for the link but it still didn't work. Unless I put it in the wrong place as I have put it into workshop instead usermods? Also I see there are others maps in the link you send but did they work too?

I have test it and there are somes 3D Errors text who appear in this maps everywhere and there is even somes pipe who have the missing texture with purple and black squares so I wonder if there is a way to fix it please?
