I FIXED IT- I subbed to EVERYTHING in the Whispering Rivers collection.

Now the highways show up, seems like you made it with the modded in stuff instead of base game or DLC related, meaning if said person doesn't install the mods, the map wont have the highways.

I really love this map but I'm unable to play it due to parts of the highway not spawning, giving me no outside connections what-so-ever, I don't have the faintest clue on what the cause might be however.

I do own the DLC, so I don't know what the cause of the issue might be.

Map doesnt work, there is gaps in the roads outside the map so no connection to anything.

@John-Y- do you have the Mass Transit dlc? I think I put highways from that dlc on the outside connections, but to be honest I don't remember.

@amseabro thanks! There are only three interchanges on the map, and only one of them doesn’t lead to country roads. Mostly, there’s plenty of space for building, so I didn’t want to limit players to a specific tile.
