Thank you for feedback WJ! There's a purpose behind metal being farther, the idea was you first need to repair the bridge to get to it. But you can later build a mine in the collapsed pyramid very close to the starting point, or dry a small lake behind the cliff near to bad water. But i agree, the map can be challenging... I tried to ballance aesthetics with functionality best I could, but a) I might be biased with my playstyle, and b) it's my first published map, so I'm still gathering experience 😏

I was spending a ridiculously long time looking for a new map to play on, and this is it. Thanks so much, its very satisfying. :warmth_ats: Some critique tho, the badwater and metal are way too far away.

Great Map! This map is beautiful and has lots of complexity. Figuring out the optimal setup for water storage and diversion is much more complex than the standard maps. This map plays better with the Iron Teeth faction because the Compact Water Wheels fit inside the single wide canals. Its fun to put a monument or luxury home on top of each pyramid.

I played hard mode with Folktails. What a great challenge between the fast spreading over abundance of trees and overall flat map, bad-tides sweep over the land contaminating everything. I have never been so "Log" rich on a play though before this. Don't over look the mine on top of a pyramid i trudged to the other side of the map before i noticed the center mine. Duh:steamhappy:
