According to the maps screenshots you have, The nodes aren't very well made and will not work very well if at all.

i dont know why but the nodes aren't working, npcs dont move, even vanilla ones

This looks like a Marvelous work and effort! very nice map. Reminds me of a map from a Starship troopers game, you know, that desert Planet?
