its the engine brake sound and it gets stuck on when you brake hard.
if you drive like a real truck driver you might never notice the bug i only noticed because i was being stupid and doing over 90mph lol.
My truck is FH6 780 aero globetrotter XXL with D16A 780 6E engine and a i shift At03812G r + ASO-ULC 12+2 gearbox.
not sure why it would matter but i am also running 8x4/4 midlift with it always down.
But starting torque is too low. I compared starting performance on the same hill. Highway on-ramp roundabout in Strasbourg. With stock engine I can stop on the hill and start climb up in C2 no problem. With the mod engine it's a struggle to start climbing even in C1. Once you get to the power band it shoots up to 2k RPM but not strong enough to upshift. Truck is Volvo FH4 8x4 750HP engine with 4-axle low boy carrying concrete beams (51t).
For my fix I manually changed the torque values in the .sii file for Volvo FH4 in the workshop folder. I only changed the 750 engine. I calculated values for torque curve from the fact sheet on the D16G750 and got this:
torque_curve[]: (200, 0.10)
torque_curve[]: (400, 0.24)
torque_curve[]: (600, 0.42)
torque_curve[]: (800, 0.56)
Truck performed the same way as stock engine after that.
