medium gearing is when neither high or low are on

any idea why the emergency pump wasnt working ? my enine exploded and i couldnt pump the water out, but i did notice that i couldnt turn it on even before the explosion

When I start the engine, after 10-15 minutes of running at maximum RPM, it reaches a temperature of 48 degrees Celsius and then explodes. As for whether I turned on the cooling system, I'll say that I did and followed the start-up instructions exactly. What could be the problem, and how can I fix constant overheating at maximum RPM, even with the cooling system? Another question: will there be new equipment and when will it be added to the collection?
