saw the update, got excited after a few space missions i rem why i stop playing. realistic don't mean enjoyable.. for the sake of my keyboard i will have to go back to fotr where i can actually have fun playing as the republic

@Majkl you can edit the munificent's stats like its range and much more in the XML files if you have any general issues with them.

I hate the change to munificents. Should have stayed artilery. You can't use them at the bulk of the fleet when they have So litte health lol. Idk what made it So they Don't target from distance but please fix that. Its horrible

Low fps but the pc is quite powerful. I understand that the question is not quite related to the mod, but does anyone have a solution?

@Everyone, We are aware of an issue with save game compatibility of games started before the 1.2 Patch. While loading into a GC still works, the game will crash when starting a tactical battle. Our apologies - we did not expect this to be an issue.
We will make version 1.1.6 - the last version before the 1.2 patch - available as a separate Steam Workshop Item soon, so you can continue your campaigns.

Can't figure out what's causing it but brand new saves after the update are now crashing. Tested one with mods and one without, both crash when loading their save games.

Save before the update! It's a save that used to run a big campaign as a republic.
A few minutes after loading the save, the game is crashed...

- Previous patch with existing campaign saves.
- Crashing every time I save both quick saves and menu saves (old campaign saves), deleting of saved files (old campaign saves), long loading times (both saves), lagging/ freezing in main menus (both saves). I started a new campaign and have experienced similar issues not so much crashing but the longer loading times and freezing. For instance when I deploy troops for a ground invasion it freezes for around 30 secs or longer, with the old save it typically crashes and with the new campaign save it eventually works but I'm still experiencing the aforementioned optimization issues.
-My old campaign is the Republic, New campaign CIS.
-Ground, all planets.
-After the new patch update.
-Ground units.
-Saving and playing a game that was started on the previous patch.

Does anyone know how to change starting credits for this mod?, ive been through all the files and can't find anything, alternately does anyone know a way to spawn more ships onto planets at the start so i can sell them and get the money that way?

Hi ! Don't know if this is the right place to ask about a bug but I'll still try it. I'm running a new CIS campaign (post-update) and I've reached the point of the Mon Calamari story defense mission. All goes well until I reach the third objective which is to retreat behind the shield base, where at that point I can't retreat or do anything to make the objective progress. Has anyone encountered the same issue or has a solution ? Thanks a lot

I'm experiencing a lot issues with the new update i.e. frequent game crashes, lagging in the main menu, long loading screens, to the point I cannot even play the game. I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing using the new steam mod code with no success. I never had these issues prior to the update. Does anyone have any advice or guidance on how to resolve this? My only other option I can think of at this point, is to uninstall the game entirely and reinstall it.

@DEUS VULT It's incredibly easy to edit the mods files yourself and remove the limits.

I was really looking forward to this.. I hope they fixed the excessive fighter spawning that was happening when you increased the difficulty, sometimes there were over 80 sepratist fighters in some attack fleets.

literally everyone has been asking for ftgu since release, and this new update adds new maps that says that they're ftgu, but then you load in and its a regular game. stop teasing us with this stuff and either buck up and work on it or just forget it.

We are happy to announce that the update for Awakening of the Clone Wars, version 1.2.0 to be precise, will release later today!

The update will be savegame compatible, but some fixes will NOT take effect in a running savegame, so as always its better to start a new campaign.

Apologies for the many comments I have not responded to, but the update does come with a ton of bug fixes and balance changes, so I expect it to solve any issues you might have.

i think the fact that as the player the cis cannot rebuild tech makes it kinda dumb. i cannot complete the act 5 mission without deleting tech on felucia and it wont let me build it again. not finishing the game now because of this. i love the mod but I'm surprised the team would make such an oversight considering how solid this and rebellion are, especially since i can rebuild destroyed tech in the original mod

@MJ-Sombra: unfortunately, autoresolve is completely unable to be changed by the mod team, and any other mod team. It is a hard coded thing that if messed with, just breaks many many things

Was able to resolve issue for act 2. Just needed Anakin to be solo at a planet.

A lot of times the LAAT sawllow the heroes and i can´t use them afther that for the rest of the battle.
Other problem is that it looks like the games is on drugs when you use the Autoresolve, because even when all the main enemies forces are dead and they only have a single squad it makes you lost tanks or a number of units that is not normal.
Ignoring that, is a good mod and very fun to play, i like it a lot.:steamthumbsup:

Bug: playing as the Republic, can't get act 2 to activate. No planet nearby to Abregado Rae works for Anakin. Love the mod, hope this gets fixed so I can come back to it. Thank you!

The CIS "Super Tank" is weak af and dies to like 3 rocket shots from basic clone troopers, they could use an HP buff, along with MTTs

weird bug i think i found, was building techno union 3 on wayland but planet was attacked and lost research in progress. now it looked like it kept on building but i dont have access to the tech and when i destroy the lower lvl tech i cant rebuild them idk if its a bug or what

The AT-XT is a nightmare when hard Republic AI spams them, they're insanely strong, making it hard for AAT missiles to kill them because of their size too, should they get a nerf or is it pure and crude skill issue?

I noticed a weird situation with Yularen, after he dies you get a mission to rescue him because he is a major hero, but you can also buy him back. At one point I had like 3 Yularens. I know you can just sell him, but it kinda breaks the immersion.

great mod, love playing it. I've been having problems with the cis first mission. the game is not registering diplomacy missions on the proper planets. ive already done 2 missions on kinyen but it still says incomplete on the act 1 mission log, same thing happened with scarif, took multiple missions for just one to count even though the other 3 planets worked as intended
