Just finished up the map. And WOW. This map is Jazztronauts level, and this isn't even a gamemode. Honestly one of the most funniest/impressive maps I've played on gmod. 10/10.

The only big tip I can give for the map in general is that environment tends to tell you the answers to everything. On Einstein in particular there's a thing near the entrance that gives you the solution pretty much, all that's left is to put 2 n 2 together

I wanted to do one but ended up not doing it due to limitations. That idea came up way laater in development and I was genuinely running out of resources for the map, so it didn't make the cut unfortunately. Recently though, I was experimenting with making a simple .html site hosted on github that did exactly that, it had item descriptions and pics of them, it also had even enemy descriptions and advices on how to deal with them but no pictures of them, only just general physical appearance text in order to avoid spoilers early. The idea was that you'd find out about this site by typing in the url that was written on a sticky note attached to the terminal inside the ship. The site idea ended up being dropped because I thought it was way too goofy of a idea and a bit dumb lol

it'd be nice to know what all the items do and how they interact with certain things and enemies. like a list or something. kinda like how lethal company has descriptions for every item in the terminal. if there already is one id like to see it.

Unfortunately if you die with the rifle there is no way to get it back since it breaks in half, and it's the only one of it's kind...

I love this map. I completed first two maps. Now im comleting third one. Even though im scared to walk around stations, game is making me place my goal priority over my life. I need a rifle for third map, but i died with it and now i dont know how to get it back. Help!

Just finished the map... wow. This is insanely good for a GMod map, kudos to you for the hard work! I didn't expect full mechanics and in-depth puzzles and everything is so well polished and clean and awesome (except for the extremely sus poster in the ship wth...) keep making maps or even look at your own source games cus this is awesome

you should make this an actual sourcemod and upload it as a game on steam. with a little extra you could make some money off of it. also, nice vib ribbon profile picture

Very cool map I enjoy playing on it but would it be possible to add more info about items like what's the point of that remote that spawns on the ship and does the flashing thing have any other uses besides being another light source?

Yea that is true, it's related to the fact that all hud elements and items are parented to the Forward bone. That also means playermodel's bone weights also have an effect on this.
What sucks the most tho is when a playermodel has no Forward bone entirely (combine soldiers), but there's a check in place that will notify player about it. It's not a huge deal, just gotta live with the quirks

downlookers can happen based on something missing in a playermodel as well, loaded into the map with a specific playermodel and i had it, then swapped to a different one and loaded back into it and it was gone. changed back to the first playermodel and it was back

Hmm, I can't release them separately due to the fact inventory system and items are actually mostly map-based, as in I used hammer enitity logic to create them, not code. The only thing that is actually coded in there is being able to swap slots and drop items
