Report a translation problem
Go to your windows tab while Rome 2 is closed, and search this in the bar %appdata%
that will pull your hidden data folders for your computers programs, then follow this path;
The Creative Assembly -> Rome2
Delete the entire Rome2 data folder and restart your game.
(this will delete your custom keybinds and replays if you have any so save the replay folder somewhere else if you want to keep them).
This will solve any potential data leak from a previous mod causing the issue.
Even at that all you would have to do is ensure this mod loads after anything that changes the amount of turns per year and it should be good to go. Let me know if you have any conflicts.
