Can I replace the particle effects?

very glitchy looking when the player use any weapons that have the combine tracer with effects, but the npcs using it looks fine like the screenshot and gifs show

if this doesnt give FPS drops, i'd be so happy

we need an MMOD particle overhaul for the entire game tbh

i get this whenever i use ZBase combine beta units and usually it would crash the game when it appears

so it seems that the particles cause frame drops and even if cleaned up the frames don't go back up so are you able to fix this or not? if so thank you :)

saying this again because your other muzzleflash and tracer mod works perfectly fine, but this one is just exponentially causing frame drops the longer more ar2 particles are drawn until a map restart is required. if anyone wants combine tracers that looks just as good but doesn't lag, try celesta's combine tracers rework

The game crashes when used with custom combine weapons that use the default HL2 tracer.

unfortunately, this will begin decreasing performance exponentially even when no effects are happening. as mentioned before, this probably has to do with the following error:

Awesome. Quite a few modders did a fantastic job with the weapons from MMOD and with the particle effects too. But none of them came even close to getting the tracers right. Well finally we have these tracers for the AR2. Thanks a bunch friend. I really adds a lot to the gunplay.
