if this gets converted to a component mod ill use it. great mod just sucks you cant upload creations with it or use it in servers

hmmm that's odd, it should still work even up today. Try to wait a little for steam to refresh workshop files after subscribing, or try restarting stormworks.


Also, just to add (for everyone), i might not be able to update or add more components here soon, just very busy irl lol. Anyways, i still want to add more ERAs and stuffs for tanks, and maybe more that's based from real ones (these ones are my design), but i think someone will be able to make better ones someday soon for sure (I personally think that would be cool and nice).

Yeah sure thing, you're free to do so. Also, idk why the problem persists, so i tried making a new game with the mod (workshop uploaded one not local to see) just now, and it seems to be working fine for me. Maybe there's a problem in the workshop? I'm sorry, i really have no other idea why it wont show up to you

2 things, #1 could i use your mod for a creation i made? in short i'm asking for permission to post a creation that has your mod in it, I will give credit in the description. #2 I seem to have trouble getting the mod to work as it doesn't pop up when creating a new world. I tried re -downloading it, waiting a day, and restarting the game and it doesn't seem to work.

it does work the same as weight block against AP, except the armor itself wont take any damage

So i just re-subscribed to my mod to test this, then restarted my game, made a new world, enabled all the mods including this, and everything seems to be working fine. Maybe there's just a bug or the mod hasn't downloaded into your game files yet, you could try waiting a bit and restart your game.

I subscribed to the mod but the armor wont appear in my workshop I have also restarted the game, but nothing has changed. Could someone help?

Acts like weight blocks, but minimizes damage against HE on the protected grid (or collision damage in general). The weight is also less than of a weight block. In short,....much better weight blocks lol

like in a tank, let's say the primary body is the hull, and the subgrid is the turret (or the other way around), if u add like a custom hatch, the hatch is also a subgrid, etc etc.

well, a subgrid is a body that's not connected directly to the main/primary body (if you look at the merge tool you'll see the primary body as red, and the others with diff color).

what if you made a block that is essentially a warhead that doesnt deal/deals minimal damage to blocks and players so on impact it would basically eat the round (idk if itd work)
