For anyone who has the suit render on the pawns head, moving this and exosuit framework to the bottom of my modlist seems to fix it.

Idk if its CE patch or you patched it yourself, but these suits are pretty OP, like they have armor way higher than centipedes, pretty much indestructible and can solo whole faction bases.

Sorry to double post but I also tested with the weapon properly identified as a sidearm according to simple sidearm and it still worked fine, nothing vanished. So either I don't understand what the compatibility issue is or it doesn't seem to be happening for me.

For what it's worth, I'm using Simple Sidearms with the 'switch weapons' button mod, and I'm able to use this just fine despite the listed incompatability. Testing with mechs with integrated weapons and nothing vanishes. I have the weapon just in his inventory and then using the button to switch on command rather than specifically having it set as a 'sidearm', but it still shows in the UI as his backup melee weapon.

Long story short, I was able to use dragoon weapons (yay!) it turns out, when a dragooned drafted pawn you will be able to click a fist icon (no not the melee) to swap your person weapon to the dragoon weapon... (Which I did not noticed it since)

So does quality of the suits actually do ANYTHING because I have quality of items and it appears to do NOTHING to the stats.

@Melon Same problem, weapons are (including shoulder mounted) rendered really low, about where I imagine the feet would be.

Apologies, this seems to be a problem with SOS2 and drop pods in general. I'll refer over to that mod page.
I know this is by no means your job, but it seems like the exosuit catapult doesn't function correctly with SOS2. The launch area does not relate at all to the ship's location (at least in space) I dont know if this would be possible to fix, or if you'd be willing to. But i would greatly appreciate it if you or someone in these comments did, or had a fix.

In the Module Shelve are no Entrys for the Dragoon Shotgun and Dragoon Tomahawk is that intendet or a bug?

Amazing mod, the right kind of mech flavour.

Just wanna ask how best to manage the payload shelves (ie for CE ammo) when multiple gantries are near each other. I have stack limited ammo in them but sometimes the 1st person in will take from multiple payload shelves since they are close enough to be linked to multiple gantries and if I don't limit the stack they will overload carried mass.

How are you guys dealing with hypothermia and coldness of space with Dragoons? My pilot wears EFP suit but the cold resistance isn't that great.

The Arsenal Angel dragoon has in its description "Can carry a propulsion system capable of short distance suborbital flights on the planet's surface'. This made me think you can actually just take off and fly using this dragoon, but that doesn't seem to be the case? Or I can't find the propulsion system that lets you do that, because you can equip the burst thruster on any dragoon but that just lets you do a little jump.

For people that can't use module weapons on dragoons, if you use the Simple Sidearms mod you can force the pawn to keep using the currently equipped weapon by pressing the weapon icon after equipping it with the 'equip module weapon' button.

BUG反馈: 我的小人管制设置了早7点驾驶机甲 但是晚上穿戴老伙计机甲的时候小人(龙娘)崩溃了 等到了早上7点一过 到8点的瞬间(还在崩溃状态) 人物状态是(闲逛 下一个目标是返回整备架)必定画面卡住然后闪退 怀疑是管制驾驶和小人崩溃状态产生了冲突 把管制全设置成驾驶 等崩溃状态结束就正常了

Do mods like "Hats Display Selection" and "Dubs Apparel Tweaks" cause issues with rendering the exosuits?

I'm using Hats Display Selection currently and all the exosuits are displaying on the pawn's heads instead of on their body and the guns are wildly misplaced. I'm not sure this is the source of the problem but it seems most likely to me.

I can get them to use the weapons but they are floating below the waistline of the dragoon and it looks very awkward. I thought it had to do with melee animations but removal didn't mess with the location on my end at least.

之前的如果种族具有服装限制,在搭乘龙骑兵时模块将会遗失的bug好像回来了

I found the cause of the bug. When I installed CE, even when I rode a Dragoon, my body size remained the same as a normal Pawn, so I became overweight and couldn't pick up bullets.


I think this is probably a problem with CE, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with Dragoon.

above 1.4 body size exosuits can equip 1.0 size weapons. but not 1.1 guns. Can you fix this condition?

I can't reload in CE. When I try to pick up ammo while wearing the suit, it says I'm full.
