When sucking on a felt-tip pen, you cannot stop the action through "ace", it will still remain in your mouth.

What makes you think its the sound?

Also, wdym with " the cigarette lighting sound gets looped over and over" ? is it playing multiple times? when a player uses it once?

Today in a 80 player mission individual people's FPS went to shit, we think it is because of the Cigarette lighting sound getting looped over and over again. This got fixed when we asked our player base to not use the cigarettes and all do a soft re log to reset the sound SFX being looped for the individual players.

The Stable Version hides the intermediary Stages of the cigarettes in the arsenal.
The Dev Version will have all stages available in the Arsenal.

- Make the ai smoke another cigarette: not without scripting, manually giving them a new cigarette and stuff.

I was contemplating about a system that lets AI Smoke autonomous and have some ideas, but currently no time to implement it.

I made a PR to Antistasi to add the lighters and packages to the starting arsenal when this mod is getting detected. Rest is up to them.

hey just so you know this does not work with antistasi plus as you cant seem to get lighters or the cigerate packs i have spent two hours now trying to find away there is none i would have put this in the given link but one it wasnt working and two i didnt realy know if this would count

I am not aware of any github tutorial?

.psd is is a photoshop file.
.p3d is a model file.

If anything, you need to edit the .p3d with the object builder and update the texture paths for the model inside the p3d.

and the psd needs to be converted via .png to a .paa first

if i understand it right, its an issue about the 3d models. I had someone look at it before and "fix it" but it started happening again.

I am a scripter, i have absolutely fucking no clue about 3d models, even less in arma 3.

Its a "known issue" that i personally dont know how to fix.

if there's a .p3d warrior around reading this and is willing to help out, im very happy to fix this issue and to do a couple of other small changes to make the creation of new cigs so so much easier.

Hey, I've been having issues with this mod (and the original one) on my community's server. I have these constant errors showing on the web console/log when I start smoking:

When it's only me is not a big deal, but usually we're more than 40 players smoking and then is when the server's performance starts to slow down.

Any tips? (besides maybe stop smoking all of us at the same time hahaha)

I have a little over 900 hours in blender. I've never really made game assets before but I have modelled a spliff. It's topology is not game ready though (o tris). I'd offer to make that for you but not being aware of arma/game import parameters for models, im at a bit of a disadvantage.
