Hello, in frosty winter mode, when this plugin and Weather 3.2 are turned off, it snows more, but this plugin reduces the intensity of the snowfall. Can you fix this?

Not every snowfall can trigger snow on the windshield, what are the trigger conditions for snow on the windshield? Or is it a bug?
