Anyone else having the issue where they be going along at any speed in a ship and Dampers are off and then all of a sudden your craft will just stop? I've had it multiple times where my ship i'm in will be going right along and dampers are off and just suddenly Full stop

By any chance is there a way to achieve this without it being a world file? I want to spawn at a economy station on a world that I made with Real Star Systems that way I can decide what planets or such exist or not. Also, is there a way to set how much money people join with from within play in any mod?

Love this mod thanks to Splitsie, I did notice that the Unknown Signals seem to be spawning within the planet, not sure if that is a bug or just due to how close to the planet I am. Its about everyother Signal spawn, do get them in space as normal

Hey, love the mod but it seems to be killing the station inventories. Every restock cycle I am loosing more and more items in the store, currently only have clang cola, a plushie, power stick, and med kit... thats it. have only run enough missions for about 600k spacecreds....did I load it wrong?

Tbh I don't like the no respawn challenges just due to how janky space engineers physics is. Like you could be working on top of a rover and klang could suddenly decide that you needed to be sent hypersonically into space and you get impact killed. Having the ability to respawn in dumb instances like that is just necessary.

@alanmatilla You should claim the grid/battery first & then make yourself the new owner and then only attach it to your ship.

Just in case anyone is planning to keep hold of the drop pods small batteries...don't. When the timer on them expires they and any grid they are attached to explodes. You can make use of them by merge blocking them to a grid and draining them dry by a "normal" battery on recharge and then grinding them off when dead. You lose a bit in the transfer but it is still free power.

so how does this compare with starting in your space suit without any tools i mean if you dont start with credits either, or as i would say with absolutly nothing! it definently is an intresting concept one i already tried out and yeah it is somewhat challanging but a funny way of playing the game starting with absolyt nothing at all...

i remember i died 20+ times before the spawn was optimal to where i even could get to a station.
of course i removed the spawn with tool feature :)

They started spawning when I got some distance away from the planet. I used the admin tools to check, they spawn in just under 20km away.

I traveled 120 km to the next station & nothing spawned. I read on the SE Wiki that scenarios usually don't spawn encounters but wasn't sure if that has changed recently.

I haven't been seeing any either despite them being enabled. I've had a couple of comments on youtube from people experiencing the same thing since the contact update, one of whom thinks they might be spawning too far from the player to be seen, which may explain why we're not finding any lately :(

I don't have any random encounters spawning, is anyone else experiencing this?
I compared my config file with another save & encounter settings are the same.
I do have cargo ships & factorum spawning.

I usually just do a Europa start, then hop out of my starter craft and remote block remove it while I fly to the nearby station. I also use "Freight 1" for storage since its super cheap and can be gotten immediately from unknown signal parts. :cinnamon2: :nekoheart:

Start the game, save it, then when you go to load that save you can add mods :)

So the Add Mods option is not on the customization screen when starting, How do I go about adding mods? Thanks!
