@ChamaNaHannah I'm yet to find time to look into it, but yes, as I said before I will be looking into adding this feature, it is doable, but the key is to make it work without tanking performance too much
Having an option to enable it for certain types of zed or to a configurable percentage of them would be amazing!
Once attacked or you are near them they active and chase you down, so make their toughness stronger and it probably wouldn't matter anyway.

Like I said, it would be nice to have them immortal when frozen, but c'est la vie. I wouldn't call the lack of a dealbreaker. Still a good job nonetheless.

@The Magnitogorsk I wasn't able to reproduce your experience. Zombies start to run upon receiving any damage, this includes player shove, falling from second floor and there is also a very rare vanilla bug where zombies can get damaged by any car/wreck when they pass by it. Just in case shoulder bumping into a zombie doesn't do any damage to zombies

@The Magnitogorsk @the opossum agenda zombies becoming sprinters after being attacked is one of the key features of this mod which is there to keep such experience challenging, it requires the player to think multiple steps ahead, it also turns the fire into a real hazard, without it fire is just a convenient way to get rid of a horde. Also, this sprinters are not as dangerous as regular ones because they don't slow down the player. This mod provides a good playground to learn sprinters, keep trying and you'll make it! I can recommend reducing the pop and/or changing the zombie infection transmission to saliva only, it makes mistakes in combat against sprinters much more forgiving and further improves the learning experience
