I don't know where exactly you were raised/you live rn, but in Spain we have actually some informtion in virtual newspaper and libraries concerning to his assesination (I have always seen the killing of a civilian as an horrendous act, I refuse to call it death). @e10z24a: Federico Garcia Lorca is mentioned for the Republican side in one of the events concerning the White Terror unfolding (event number 8). At this point in time, he is mentioned as simply having disappeared, with the Nationalist side not wanting to say anything more about him.

However you are right that it is in theory does not show up for the Nationalist side, or for the world as whole, or at least for the UK given the involvement of HG Wells.

It would be something I could consider changeing, but the information surrounding his death is very murky, with it not being clear whether the Nationalist side took much note of him, not even leaving a record of when he was killed.

But I am open to hear your view on it, and a case for it being included as something more.

I understand you can't just make every suggestion your fandom makes, but I think you missed maybe the most important personal affair in all the war, and with that I mean the assesination of Federico Gracía Lorca in august, the 18th of 1936. He was one of our most representative poets in spanish history and I think you are missing a key flavour event here if you don't make a little homage to him. Thanks for your time...

In terms of Primo de Rivera's death and the lag of still having him appear as leader, this I believe is part of the vanilla mechanics, eventually lifted when Franco takes his place. Unfortunately, altering this may cause trouble to the vanilla game so I have left this issue as is.
For now, I have left it but will not rule out looking at it again.

The annoying issue of those repeating events, and the intro showing up at the 1939 start should now be solved, by contrast.

Amazing mod! I've been loving it so far, although I've noticed a couple of things that could be changed. The events "The Falange-Carlist Synthesis" and "Republican Exile Government in France" appear over and over again, which doesn't make sense. Also the initial event that appears on the 1st of January of 1936 and explains some of the background of what was going on also appears on the 1939 start date, which also doesn't make sense. And finally, José Antonio Primo de Rivera is still the leader of the fascist party even after his death's event has happened. So, it would be very cool that when the event of his death appears, the millitary junta became the leader of the fascist party.

Thank you for writing. I checked myself now as Germany and did not experience a crash or anything out of the ordinary. This may have been due to another mod you have on.
Again, my mod only adds events and should not conflict with anything.
