Gareth - Thank you for the feedback. I think that may be where some people are running into an issue. I haven't been able to replicate an issue.
The voxels from an old save retain the hitpoints assigned without the mod.

I would say make sure you're on a new game, I know that some changes might not work on current saves. I double checked the workshop file by downloading it from here and using that version of it. There could be the off chance that another mod is affecting it.
